This is how legal cases are handled by the public prosecutor’s office

The public prosecutor’s office is a bunch of rednecks with an average grade of 120. They’re not very intelligent, but they’re following a nationalist directive.

Nationalism means loving only ourselves and each other. Together, we are strong. The aim is to say to you:

Go back to your COUNTRY. Go to Wallonia!

And the law is on their side.

With nationalism, they can do what they like with justice. Moreover, they plead for their own justice.

Shocked by injustice

Don’t you understand what Flemish nationalism is all about? The Flemish are the northern region full of sadists and posh sociopaths just waiting to take their revenge on foreigners and get their glory on.

What’s the point? To punish you for your race/ethnicity so that you understand their nationalism. Disgust you with injustice. That you feel out of place and run away.

Or that you suck their nationalism.

You have two or three types of situation.

1. The public prosecutor likes you and thinks it’s a shame. Usually it’s a small fine and a light follow-up. Generally, you’re wealthy and money doesn’t mean much to you. The fine will be smoke. That’s when you have means & or power and they have to pretend to apply justice. They’ll gnash their teeth at the thought of having to do the job. But you’ve fallen into the clutches of the public prosecutor’s office for one reason or another. They haven’t managed to ignore the complaint filed with the Public Prosecutor’s Office. You have to pretend.
2. Light probation containing monitoring by a specialist centre: Centre for drug addicts/psychiatry/… depending on the offence.
3. They don’t like you. This is the subject of this article. If they don’t like you, you’re going to have to step up your game. You’ll have to be a dolphin trying to escape from a fishing net. You’ll have to take advantage of a momentary lapse of procedure or inattention to make your way out with dignity. But there’s very little chance of that. The Flemings slaughter a net with an implacability that is formidable.

Cooperate

The first suggestion is to cooperate. To cooperate means to let them do whatever they want to you, the degree of severity depending on their appreciation of who you are and what you represent. It could be your origin, your skin colour or where you come from.

Here you are in Flanders. Go to the square of any big city (except Antwerp) and try to see the multiculturalism. That’s not what they want.

Cooperating usually means accepting a sadistic punishment. Making it clear that you don’t belong.

Pursuing a track record

Your history, whatever the circumstances, can be used to overwhelm you and make you feel guilty. Oppress you and make you realise that despite the situation, it’s not the state’s fault but yours. You’re a vermin and you have to take that into account.

Justice implies the need to make an example of the poor to show that they are working properly.

Tip: You’ll find that your lawyer will be quicker and better at explaining the penalties than at defending you.

Worsening of the case

You don’t agree and think it’s unfair? You can always leave. Are you staying? You’ll be demonised. It’s not intelligence that reigns, but power.

Pushing to vice

They will provoke you to aggression, be intrusive, steal from you to incite you to revolt and prove that you are a foreigner who must be expelled.

Abusive victim support

Abusive support for the victim means seeking evidence against you or fabricating it. It puts the law on their side. The police or the investigation suddenly investigate well, too well or look only at what they want to see. To the point where they can order a search. Why would they do that? To be intrusive, to threaten you, to demonise you. Incite you to violence so that the situation degenerates.

During a search, they also photograph your interior. They love to criminalise. It’s the great national sport that they can practise discreetly.

Psychiatrists will write false reports about you. Read by lots of people who don’t give a damn, but will give them the opportunity to use force on you.

Still haven’t cooperated? You’ll be 100% housebound. No way out.

Expulsion from prison (3 months)

Still not cooperating? They’ll put you in prison for 3 months. Since you can’t pay your rent and you’re certainly not getting any help from benefits, that’s the end of your rent. All you have to do is move. Having disgusted you and understood nothing. I’m sure you won’t be tempted to move back in.

Real psychiatric expertise can give you credit in the eyes of Belgium. A lot of people know that. Did you burn out because you were under too much pressure? Because you don’t understand yourself? Or because your weaknesses have been exploited too much by the system and you’ve lost touch?

What’s the downside? It justifies and “legalises” people with pathologies.

The advantage: Acting with impunity and purifying the race. Reinforces the mafia aspect of justice. It reinforces the independence and power of justice.

The data collected by the State on your person is not sufficiently regulated and can be abused to find out a great deal about you without your knowledge.

It is not sufficiently framed and used to ensure that justice is fair for all.

The state (the public prosecutor’s office or the assholes in charge) can, for example, see how long you’ve worked, where you’ve lived, photos of you, they could also see your medical records, most federal data. And they can decide to take an interest. Or they may not.

Yes, information can be transferred between services.

Justice is not the same for all social classes.

The trick is to get the data transferred “under names” that do not make it clear that a difference has been made.
